What forms of payment do you accept?

We welcome Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro and Solo cards.*

If you have a CooksonDental credit account, you can pay on your account by selecting 'Account' on the payment option within the shopping basket.

* However please be aware that if you are a first time customer placing a high value order, we will contact you to ask for payment via cleared funds such as bank transfer, this is for security reasons.

Is it safe to use my credit or debit card?

Shopping at Cookson Dental is secure. Our secure server encrypts your credit/debit card details.

How do we price?

Our prices are clearly displayed on our shopping basket screen, broken down into :

• Product Price: displayed as an each price and total price (excluding VAT).
• Delivery cost.
• VAT (if appropriate).
• Total charge for the whole order including your product, post and packing and VAT.

Important notes regarding pricing:

• If the product you are ordering is a metal item for example bullion, findings, chain, etc the price quoted will only be an approximate price. This is because the price will be subject to change due to the metal fix.
• Delivery cost: Our postage charges are calculated by the weight and value of the goods ordered. For further information see our delivery section.
• Once your order has been prepared and invoiced we will e-mail you with confirmation of the exact price
