I am a new customer, how do I register my details on Cookson Dental ?

If you are a new customer on Cookson Dental, you can register your details easily. Please follow the link that says ‘register’ and complete the simple application form.

You will be asked for your email address, password* and birthplace (used to verify your account if you contact us). In addition to this, we will also ask for your address, contact telephone number, confirmation of your business type for example jobber, designer craftsman, hobbyist and student.

Once completed click the register button and within minutes you will receive confirmation of your account details.

* Please ensure that your password does not contain any special character such as ! & £ $

I am an existing customer, how do I purchase online ?

If you have already purchased from Cookson Precious Metals before i.e. via the customer service team, you can also register your account number online.

Please register your details by completing the simple application form and enter your account number in the 'existing account number'.

We will then register your log in details against your account.

How do I change or update my personal details ?

Please ensure you are logged into your account. Once you have logged in, click on the 'your account' tab.

From the following menu, select the 'personal details' section. From this option, you can then amend any of your account details including name, address, password, etc.

How do I amend the cardholders address ?

To amend a cardholders address, please either call our customer service team on 0800 289 881 and one of representative will assist you.

Please be ready to confirm your account number and/or your existing address details.

Can I provide an alternative address for delivery ?

For security reasons, when paying by credit or debit card, we ask for the main address to be registered as the cardholders address.

To set up a delivery address, click on your account and select the despatch addresses; this allows you to add, edit and delete your delivery address.

Please be aware that the delivery address needs to be the same country as the main cardholders address.

If you are a monthly account customer, then we require written proof of the additional delivery address.  Please call 0800 289 881 for assistance.

I've lost my password - how do I log onto the shop ?

Simply click on the Register/ Log In button from the top tab and enter your email address you registered with in the 'Recover Your Password' section.

Then press the button and we'll look it up and send you your password. Normally you should receive a message within a couple of minutes. Or alternately click here to request your password via e-mail

Can I amend my address once I've ordered ?

Once an order has been confirmed and placed the delivery address can not be amended.
